Please note that exhibit hall setup is from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday July 8, and breakdown is from 1:30 to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, July 10. If you will not be staying in Nashville to attend the Tuesday evening and/or Wednesday events, please do not book for Tuesday night to avoid the cancellation penalty.

WPC18 Hotel Cancellation Policy:  
If you cancel within 5 days prior to your confirmed hotel arrival date or during your stay, you will be charged by the hotel for one night’s room fee, plus tax.
