Exhibitor Fast Facts

Join us in Louisville on August 18-21 for the 16th annual joint conference of the Kentucky/Tennessee Section of the American Water Works Association and the Kentucky-Tennessee Water Environment Association. The conference is your chance to interact with approximately 1,700 water professionals, utility leaders, operators, and regulators. We’ve structured the conference to maximize your time – the Exhibit Hall will be open nearly 20 hours and will be the site for competitions, networking events, and demonstrations.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Sunday, August 18: 5:00 to 7:pm
Monday, August 19: 9:30am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 6:30pm
Tuesday, August 20: 8:00am to 1:30pm
Exhibit Hall Setup - Sunday, August 18: 11:30 am to 4:00 pm
Exhibit Hall Breakdown - Tuesday, August 20: 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm

Exhibition Space Information

The Kentucky International Convention Center is a terrific location for the Water Professionals Conference. The Exhibit Hall can host approximately 230 booths. Over 90 exhibitors reserved their space during early registration, so register online now to reserve your booth! Booth location is assigned by the Exhibit Committee on a first-come, first-served basis, with special consideration given for several things including conference sponsorship, booth group requests, and years of exhibiting at the conference.  An exhibit booth layout will be posted on the conference website after booths are assigned (60-90 days prior to the conference). Booths will not be assigned until payment has been received.

Each (10' x 10') booth includes one company sign, one six-foot topped and skirted table, two side chairs, and a wastebasket. Exhibitor registration includes two full conference registrations. Exhibitors provide all other furnishings, booth carpeting, equipment, etc., at their own expense.

Exhibitor Services

FERN coordinates exhibitor services, such as carpeting, chairs, tables, electrical service, large equipment handling, etc. Exhibitors will receive a service kit outlining drayage services and costs for additional services approximately 60 to 90 days before the conference. Exhibitors are responsible for the costs of additional services.

Exhibitor Giveaway

Participate in the Exhibitor Giveaway and help generate additional interest and traffic through the Exhibit Hall. How does it work? Add an extra $50 to your registration and receive 50 tickets to give to attendees who visit your booth and provide you with contact information. A special marker at your booth identifies you as a participating vendor.

Tickets will be selected at announced times and attendees must be present to win. The amount collected during exhibitor registration will determine the number of items purchased for the giveaway. The goal is to offer at least two high-end giveaways at each day’s session.
